AIJU PRESENTS ITS CIRCULAR ECONOMY PROJECTS AT ECOFIRA

The past 28th, 29th and 30th November, the International Fair of Environmental Solutions (ECOFIRA) was held at Feria Valencia, AIJU attended it as an exhibitor with a stand and also participated in the conference "Opportunities for the companies "in Circular Economy"

The event that was organized by REDIT was attended by a hundred participants. funding opportunities for companies were analysed in the current position of new business models related to circular economy. At the second part of the ceremony, different technicians of the Technological Institutes of the Valencian Community and other entities (FEIQUE and CLIMATE KIC SPAIN) presented the lines of work that are being developed and some successful cases in projects carried out in their respective sectors in the field of circular economy.

AIJU presented, among others, the project:
"Valorization of alcoholic wastes to produce H2 to be used in the sustainable generation of electricity" (Exp. Numb.: LIFE15 CCM / ES / 000080, www.lifeecoelectricity.eu). The project’s general aim is to design and construct a pilot plant to produce electricity using industrial waste coming from distilleries.
